Order Processing

All orders placed before 6pm GMT are processed the same working day. Orders placed after 6pm GMT are processed the following working day.

Please note our working days are Monday to Friday 9am-6pm.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation to your registered email. We advise customers to check their junk/ spam folder for emails, if you cannot find it in your inbox. You may also receive a text message, if you have registered for SMS notifications.

Shipping Process

All orders are shipped via First Class recorded delivery. Orders are dispatched within 3-4 days of the order being placed; however, this can vary during busy periods of the year such as Ramadan, Eid etc.

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

Our standard delivery charge for most orders is £4.40 per order. This can vary depending on weight/size of your order as well as destination. Your delivery charge will change according to your order.

We ship our products worldwide, therefore international shipping costs may vary depending on weight, size and destination.

COVID-19 Disruptions

Please be aware that during this difficult time, we are working extremely hard to ensure all orders are sent in the expected timely manner.

There may be delays with processing orders or by the courier due to the COVID-19 disruptions, however, we are working hard to minimise these delays.
